General conditions

We will send you information confirming your registration and containing further information on the event. Should you decide to extend your stay, you must book and pay the hotel directly. The cost of travel to and from the event will not be paid by Swatch. If you cancel your registration one week before the event begins, you will have to pay 50% of the total price. If you cancel your registration three days or less before the event begins, you will pay the full price. If you cancel at any time, you will no longer have a right to receive the Surprise Event pack or attend the Swatch event! Further the Surprise Pack as well the Special Event Swatches will only be given personally, and will therefore not been hand out to third. We reserve the right to make changes to the program. The wished clothe size can not be guaranteed. By registering for this Swatch event, I automatically grant Swatch AG the right to publish my name and origin, as well as photos of me and taken from me, at any time worldwide (including on the Internet).
