I just got a new-in-box Swatch Skin Chrono off eBay and the battery was dead, so I replaced it and tried to do the chrono reset procedure. The hands spun around a few times but then the watch stopped responding at all, the time hands aren't moving and the chrono buttons don't do anything. I've tested the battery with a multimeter 1.5V and removed/replaced the battery a few times with no effect. Is the watch DOA or is there something else I can do?
